I stayed in a Comfortable Queen Room, which was spacious and had a great view. The staff were incredibly helpful, especially when they kindly kept my passport safe after I realized I left it behind. Location is superb, with easy access to the subway and nearby attractions.
Breakfast options were a bit limited.

I stayed in a Comfort Queen Room for 2 nights. The room was comfy with a large bed, just a bit tight for luggage. The view from my window was fantastic, and the staff were super helpful. It was easy to get to the subway, but no lift for lugging bags, so keep that in mind!

The hotel is easily accessible, located just a few minutes from Sapporo Station. The staff were exceptionally attentive, always ready to assist with a warm smile, which made my stay feel very comforting and enjoyable.
More comfortable seating in common areas would help.

The location worked well for me, just a short walk from Sapporo Station, which made travel easy. The staff greeted me warmly and provided prompt assistance. I enjoyed the spacious Comfort Queen Room with an amazing view from the window. It felt clean and well-maintained. However, the breakfast options left a bit to be desired. I expected more choices for a 5-star hotel. The elevator access from the subway was challenging because there wasn't a lift available for my luggage. That made my arrival a bit stressful. Also, the room felt cramped with my luggage in there. I think they could use more comfortable seating in the common areas too. Overall, I think there is potential, but they should improve the breakfast variety and the convenience of getting to the hotel from the subway.

The location is fantastic, conveniently close to major attractions. The room was spacious and clean, providing a comfortable bed for a great night's sleep. However, the experience was marred by a rude receptionist during our final stay. The room we received was cramped and unkempt, with an unpleasant odor. Additionally, breakfast options were quite limited, detracting from the overall dining experience.

We had a wonderful stay! The spacious room was perfect for our family and even included amenities for our pet dog. Breakfast offered a fantastic spread of both Western and Asian options, which made mealtime exciting for everyone.
In my wife’s opinion, extra kid-friendly activities would be awesome.

missingWrote a review on Mar 09spacious roomcozy atmospherevaried breakfastmicrowave absence
Spacious rooms with stylish decor impressed me, especially the design separating the shower and toilet area. The breakfast spread offered a fantastic mix of international cuisine, and the dining room atmosphere felt extra cozy with the fireplace.
Rooms lack a microwave and only one is available in the lobby, which feels inconvenient during colder months. The breakfast, while varied, can get crowded during peak times, and the Japanese breakfast option might be a bit small for those with larger appetites.
